    There is an explicit CTE: 7bit. The mail is indeed mostly euc-jp,
however there are some rare (6) bytes that are not valid euc-jp (nor
euc-jp-ms). But this mail is still rendered correctly here, autoviewed
as text. I do not see what can interfere... Hum... Can you go to the
attachment menu, save the HTML part to /tmp/test.html, then start
"lynx -dump /tmp/test.html"? Here it's OK.
