As a side note.  When I first noticed Mr. Cohen's MS headers, I played 
around with:

my_hdr X-MSMail-Priority: High
my_hdr X-message-flag: Outlook sucks

but forgot about it and left it in my .muttrc...until my boss called 
me and said "We all know how you feel about Micro$oft but you don't 
have to tell our customers."  The customer that got the email never said
anything but the joke (on me) still lives on.
