Very nice.  But if someone likes this in the subject line then this
would make it look more like the typical Mailman treatment.  Put the
mailing list name right next to the subject line in the brackets more
similarly to actually having it in the subject.

  :set index_format="%4C %Z %{%b %d} %-15.15F (%4c) [%B] %s"
