Well, procmail is *not* the problem as you are only telling procmail
to delever *everything* to /home/<user>/Mail.

not familiar with getmail, does it offer any logs and verbosity level.
That would be the first place I would look.  And lacking logs, the
next thing would be to try to run it from the command line and capture
and/or monitor the screen output to look for clues.
