NOTE:  This is backwards and not correct...  "'c'hange directory will
provide the name of the next directory with new mail in the order you
have listed "mailboxes" in .muttrc. A <?> will then list all the
mailboxes under $folder and an ensuing <tab> will list only the
mailboxes listed as "mailboxes" in .muttrc.
