This decodes to a string that is invalid UTF-8, displayed in my Mutt
as "Sé?bastien" (that is S, e acute, question mark, b). Never saw that.
As Sébastien's mail was well formed, you probably have a setup
problem. Please give us some infos about terminal, system, charset and
locale. Did you copy/paste the name to Cc: field? Is this line identical
in your outbox?
Note: This is not linked with Greg's problem. He has his own
misconfiguration, probably bad $charset.

set honor_followup_to=yes in muttrc is the default value, and makes your
list replies go where the original author wanted them to go: Only to the
list, or with a private copy.
