My terminal is a screen -U nested within a screen -U nested within a
screen -U running in a UTF console.

I simply hit list-reply.  Greg had already inserted the MFT header.
(You're not talking about my original reply, are you?  That one I simply
copied/pasted his addy into the CC.  I kinda suck at timezone math, but
I think you're likely to be referring to the second one (the earlier in
chronological order) below. . .)
