What could be improved is that the default for xterm_set_titles must currently be off because TERM is evaluated at the time the variable is set. If the default is fine, the patch is as well, but if it should be on per default (which would make sense) it has to be updated. (As it is one of my pet patches, I'd volunteer :) http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/xtitles > >On my list at the moment: > >I'll probably apply my ESMTP patch (*dons flame suit*) +1. > >And I think the configurable umask patch is handy. Along that line, some people found my chdir patch handy: (Though I don't actively use it myself.) http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/not-applied/chdir > >assumed-charset might be a good idea too. http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/assumed-charset Debian also features the maildir-mtime patch. Though I have to admit as an mbox user I cannot say how helpful it is. http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/maildir-mtime All patches listed above in /features/ have been part of the Debian mutt package for a long time and have hence been tested thoroughly. (The URLs point to my svn repository from which the past few Debian packages were built.) The current package in the experimental branch also features the trash-folder patch along with the purge-message add-on which I have been using for quite some time in my local binary - I would love to see these integrated. http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/trash-folder http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/purge-message The next one is new, but given the plethora of patches (or future versions), some mechanism to make different mutts not spit out warnings on unknown commands/settings would be nice: http://svn.df7cb.de/debian/mutt/trunk/debian/patches/features/ifdef Christoph -- cb@xxxxxxxx | http://www.df7cb.de/
