The problem is that at build time, Mutt sometimes decides not
to use dotlocking (mutt -v says -USE_DOTLOCK), though dotlocking
may be necessary for some mailboxes. IMHO, Mutt should always be
configured with dotlocking support and decide *at run time* if
dotlocking is needed or not.
