Enter the attachment menu first, see '?' help, typically 'v'.
Then there press '?' again.

Upgrade to 1.5.13 and rtfm "menu_*" vars.

This requires sophisticated usage of procmail ("man procmailrc")
and some macros in mutt to digest a given thead/ msg to be useful
for procmail (probably piping it to a script to do the extraction
work for cruicial information/ headers). Examples can be found
"somewhere on the net".
