SOme questions about using mutt with an IMAP server

I'm coming back to trying to use mutt with an IMAP server after an
absence of a year or more, apart from anything else I know mutt has
improved a lot on this front (thanks Brendan).

Firstly I'm very unclear about IMAP namespaces and directories. The
IMAP server I want to connect to (I also have a shell login account
there) runs the UW IMAP server I think. I have a hierarchy of mail
folders there which I've built using mutt locally, mail is delivered
by procmail. The top level of the mail hierarchy is ~/Mail, how do I
tell a remote mutt to just show the mail below the ~/Mail directory?

I can log in to the IMAP server OK and the mutt status line then has:-

    ---Mutt: imap://halkidiki.areti.com/INBOX [Msgs:0

which is correct enough as there isn't an explicit INBOX, however I
can't work out how to get mutt to show me anything useful. If I try a
'c' command while connected to the remote IMAP server mutt immediately
reverts to showing my local folders/directories.

Help!

(I'll ask my other IMAP questions in a separate posting)
