mutt, IMAP and ssh

This is the other mutt and IMAP question.

I have read Brendan's "Mutt and IMAP" at mutt.org but I need a little
extra help.  I'd like to use mutt via an ssh tunnel if I can as I only
have permission to go out through our firewall here with ssh.

I already have ssh set up to make a telnet type connection to the
remote system where the IMAP server is without it needing a password.

So, what wierd incantations do I need to get a connection from mutt to
the remote IMAP server using ssh?  The IMAP daemon on the remote
system is /usr/bin/imapd.
