I can't , but i just wrote a test message on kmail and send it to me, something 
like:

   ç 
     â 
 
 Mutt doesn't display the body of the message. I did the same with yahoo
 mail , and again mutt doesn't display the body of the message.
 
 I don't know what this can be.
