context colored indicator (was: S-Lang -> ncurses: Lost bold attribute)

Handy feature of patch-1.3.23.mgs.context_colored_indicator.1 by
Mike Schiraldi. Applies cleanly to 1.4, is now included in 1.5.x. Works
when "mono indicator reverse" which is the default.

I confirm. The author could not test his patch with S-Lang at the
time, and is now no more with us on Mutt lists. As it's now part of
Mutt, you should perhaps file a flea report.

set honor_followup_to=yes in muttrc is the default value, and makes your
list replies go where the original author wanted them to go: Only to the
list, or with a private copy.
