That sounds like a feasible scenario. I think you're on the money.
I've emailed the blacklist company but have received no reply (that doesn't 
necessarily mean that it hasn't been fixed|but hav'nt tried it with 
attachment). I've also emailed the recipients provider, heard nothing there 
either.... hmmmmm,
