That problem seems to be solved,
I tried sending a message (it has to be one with an attachement) to the
offending mail server and it told me this:
'(reason: 550 Found your system (203.221.xxx.xxx) in the RBL
(rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org) )'
                                         ^^^ ^^^
                                         changed
The full Returned mail is attached,
what can I do to alleviate this problem,

I know that it is now becoming more-and-more off-topic, but I would appreciate
any help.
kind regards,
Luke
