Why with attachment? "xxx.xxx" is visible in your headers: Your host
IP is blacklisted as being a dialup address. This can lead to such
informative error messages, sometimes to much less clear generic errors,
or sometimes to just silently dropping your mails. Send thru the
outgoing SMTP server of your provider as smarthost.
BTW some filters as SpamAssassin do a NO_REAL_NAME test: You can
reduce your spamicity score by setting $realname. And it's nicer for
those of us that do not have or use $reverse_alias.
