Suddenly it occurs to me that the rcpt might not be blocking all mail
on the blacklist, but only adding a large probability score for being
on the blacklist. And since attachments usually add somewhat to a spam
score, the sum of them both might cross the tipping point.

In any case, the root problem is certainly being on the blacklist to
start with. :/
