alternative_order and folder-hook

Hi,

I'm having a problem with alternative_order. A mailing list that
I subscribe to has the obnoxious habit of making the text/plain
part of a message say "If you cannot read HTML email, please go to
www.example.com."  I'd like to set a folder-hook so that when I go
into this folder, the alternative_order will be reversed and the
html part will be shown.

This is my default alternative_order:

alternative_order text/enriched text/plain text/html

I tried this folder-hook, but it still shows the text/plain part:

folder-hook . alternative_order text/enriched text/plain text/html
folder-hook arcspace alternative_order text/html text/enriched text/plain

This is what the attachments menu shows:

  I     1 <no description>                     [multipa/alternativ, 7bit, 3.0K]
  I     2 |-><no description>                [text/plain, 8bit, us-ascii, 0.1K]
  I     3 |-><no description>                 [text/html, 8bit, us-ascii, 2.7K]

It might not be the folder-hook that's causing the problem. When I
try :alternative_order text/html text/enriched text/plain from the
folder index, it doesn't show the text/html part first. Yes, I have
the appropriate .mailcap and auto_view statements for html.

Any ideas how to make this message viewable without manually going
into the attachments menu?
