Me too. I don't like those hacks.
They are not what mutt should care.
Still, wcwidth.3 patch is valid, and necessary for UTF-8
environment (as discussed in another thread).

I'm satisfied with the current mutt.
It has all I need (on non-UTF8 terminal) now.
