With news, I find that I make very heavy use of scoring based on References headers and subject lines. Collapse-thread and mark-thread-read also get used a lot. mutt has "mark thread read", but it doesn't have collapse thread; from what I remember of the scoring, it's also not as flexible as slrn's. For example, I've found that slrn automatically boosts threads to the top if they contain a post which is scored high, but still maintains the threading. I don't know of a way to get mutt to do that. -- Paul
