I dunno ... send-hooks aren't really hooks for "sending" mail; they're
hooks for starting to compose mail ... I guess bouncing a mail doesn't
count. . .

...if send-hook were called for bounces, probably something like this:
send-hook whoever 'my_hdr Resent-From: me@xxxxxxxxxxxx'
