Make sure the line with copiousoutput comes after any other
handler. It looks like it doesn't in your muttrc.

Basically, view-attachment now works the same way as the pager, but
limited to just the scope of the attachment. If it can show the
attachment inline, it will. This is kind of nice, for instance, if you
want to read a patch buried in a bunch of other
attachments. view-mailcap will always launch the external (possibly
interactive) viewer.
