From the attachment menu, use 'm' (the <view-mailcap> function)
instead of just <Return> (<view-attach> function). If it's more
convenient, you can just rebind <Return> to restore the old behavior:
bind attach <Return> view-mailcap
I don't entirely understand the reasons this behavior was changed, but
it's been discussed a bit on the mutt-dev list.
It has something to do with making mutt more sane for people who don't
have a mailcap and still want to be able to read text/* attachments.
