Autoview, mailcap, etc. question

I'm sure I used to be able to view HTML E-Mails two ways, firstly in
mutt's pager using links 'automatically' and secondly using firefox if
I used the v[iew-attachments] command.  Now however I seem to be stuck
with only links.

In my muttrc I have:-

    auto_view text/html


... and my .mailcap has:-

    text/html; links -dump %s -html-numbered-links 1; copiousoutput; 
nametemplate=%s.html
    text/html; /usr/bin/firefox %s

I get the links output of any HTML E-Mail automatically OK, but when I
hit 'v' and select the text/html part of the E-Mail I just get a links
view of the E-Mail again.

What have I done wrong or changed to lose my firefox view of the E-Mail?
