Huh, you're right, I didn't check, I just assumed it was similar to
the imap settings (which have imap_login). I include the user in the
smtp_url setting as well (but then, I've never really understood why
mutt's imap settings are the way they are either, since you can
include the user in the $folder/$spoolfile setting). <shrug>
