    Sure right, auto-sensing "utf-8:iso-8859-1" already works very well
(for raw headers) with today's validity check. This order would not
benefit at all from a validity + printability check. I was trying to
evaluate the potential benefit of such advanced check in terms of
interesting new pairs or new orders becoming (or not) workable.
