[FYI] Updating within devel series

Hi,

just in case not everybody around here using mutt 1.5.x is reading the 
developer's list, this is informational.

CVS mutt no longer contains release date but the date of the last change 
made to CVS in 'mutt -v' output and User-Agent: headers. As this per se 
isn't that useful, a document called 'UPDATING' has been added which 
contains pointers of added/changed/removed features (along with dates 
for changes since the last devel release).

The latest document from CVS can be found at:

  <http://dev.mutt.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/mutt/UPDATING?view=markup>

to ease migration. It's also linked from wiki.mutt.org (dev.mutt.org is 
still missing).
