mailcap for message/feedback-report

Hi,
Anyone knows how to open message/feedback-report format?
(from: http://www.mipassoc.org/arf/) 

I've try using both lynx and more are not working:

.mailcap:
message/feedback-report; lynx -dump %s; nametemplate=%s.phtml; copiousoutput
