Do try this. The -dump and the copiousoutput are what make your current
arrangement format the HTML and display it in the pager. With just this
entry in your .mailcap, viewing the attachment will run lynx in the
terminal.

If you have only this entry, you'll need to press 'v' for the
attachments menu, then explicitly view the HTML. auto_view won't
apply.

If you have *both* entries, it should do what it does now (formatting,
inlined view) by default, using auto_view. But explicit views using the
attachments menu will let you run lynx interactively via the attachments
menu, as you want.
