Hey it works...
'mutt' does not need the "-t" option.

Now I habe the ASMTP-Server of my german ISP in my /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf
and in the muttrc:

    set sendmail="/usr/sbin/ssmtp -au my_login_name -ap my_password"

...and it works great.
No need anymore to run via my french ISP's smtp-relay which sucks...

...because most GMX-Accounts block my messages.
