I use:
fetchmail -f .fetchmailrc -a -v -v --auth password
where the file .fetchmailrc is:
poll popmail.inwind.it with proto POP3 timeout 60
user "myuser" there with password "mypassword"
mda "procmail -m .procmailrc"
is arwan here options fetchall
