Two Commands, one Macro?

Hi,
is there anyway to run two Commands (one external, one function) with
one Macro?
For example I want to first pipe a message through sa-learn and then
delete it. So far I've tried to write both commands in a source-file
like this:

|"sa-learn --spam"
"exec delete-message"

And loaded the File with a macro via ":source" but that doesn't seem to
do the Trick.

Any hints are greatly appreciated
