So different people in different directories?

  fcc-save-hook  ~A      +default/%O
  fcc-save-hook  alice   +default/alice/%O
  fcc-save-hook  bob     +default/bob/%O

Something like that perhaps?  If you want mutt to be able to _know_
that all the mail from Bob goes in the +default/bob folder, you will
need to tell it.
