new message templates

Hi!

Is it possible to have different templates for *NEW* messages in mutt?

I want something like
    send-hook ... set signature="..."
but for email _top_ text (set signature allow me to configure only _bottom_
text).

I know I can 
    set sig_dashes=off sig_on_top=on
but I suppose this will work fine for *new* messages, and will do incorrect
things for *reply* messages.

... I just want to be able to automatically include at top of new/reply email
something like "Hi, Alex!" or "Hello, boss." - custom text depending on "To:".
