if they were the full message, of course, then there'd be little 
point to receiving them in one delayed go - no space saving, etc.

Mush used to be able to open one up and interpret it as a set of mails
(subject to only having certain fields). It would be nifty if someone
were able to make Mutt handle them in a similar way..
