My personal favourites:

Shift+T (tag) ~h (within headers) sometext
Shift+T (tag) ~h (within headers) "some text which includes spaces"
Shift+T (tag) ~b (within bodies) - as above
Shift+T (tag) ~B (within both headers and bodies) - as above
l (limit to) ~T (all tagged messages)
;s (save all tagged messages to mailbox...)
;C (copy all tagged messages to mailbox...)
;f (forward all tagged messages to email address...)
;b (bounce all tagged messages to email address...)
;d (delete all tagged messages)

I find those to be among the most useful commands within the Index
that Mutt has to offer. I hope this is helpful.
