I just realized I wasn't being very helpful in explaining what I'm
looking for, so here goes:

a) I'm trying to find some way of getting a text (with ANSI escape
sequences for attributes) representation of the screen.

b) I'm trying to find some way of getting a PNG (or SVG, or JPEG, or
whatever ... just not GIF) representation of the screen.

If anybody can spare me the hassle of reading about half a zillion
screengrabbing programs on Google without having to do the same himself,
I'd be grateful :-)

Uncle Cosmo, why do they call this a word processor?
It's simple, Skyler. You've seen what food processors do to food, right?
