Well, as a scientist I'm never sure I'm an expert in anything,
least of all procmail.  :)  Still, you need to include this
recipe _before_ your spam tests, and _after_ your lists.
This is because it places stuff in your default mailbox,
whereas you need to file it under a list's folder or as spam
when appropriate.

E.g.,

# ~/.procmailrc
..
########## LISTS

:0:
* mutt-users
mutt
..

########## WHITELIST <-- INSERT HERE
# whitelist recipe goes here...
..

:0HB
* ? bogofilter -u
JUNK
..

########## SINK
:0:
$ORGMAIL
