Sorting of mailboxes

Hi

I've just upgraded to mutt-1.5.4 from 1.4.1 and I've noticed a
difference in the way by mailboxes are sorted. In have my mail boxes
sorted alphabetically, in 1.4.1 mailboxes starting with a capital letter
where positioned before those starting with a lower case letter, leading
to mailboxes such as Inbox, SPAM, etc... occuring before all other
mailboxes. However since I've upgraded to 1.5.4, the sorting has become
case insensitive.

How can I get the mailboxes to be sorted case sensitive?
