Apply Mike Schiraldi's patch-1.4.mgs.index-context.4 you can find in
msgid <20030303234251.GA27710@xxxxxxx> here, and set $index_context=2.
That's really nice: It works in all indexes and such lists, in all
indicator moving cases.
