Yes, true - in TB I was able to see the folders after I subscribed to
them - so they had been created properly by mutt.

Yep, tested and verified by subscribing (I am not using a mailboxes line
in my muttrc).
I was of the opinion that imap_list_subscribed would always
automatically list all folders regardless of them being subscribed to or
not - seems that I was wrong on that.
Thanks for you help - as fart as I'm concerned this is solved.
