This is BS (bullshit) since all queuing MTA's know about
"temporary unavaillable" ant try to resend the messages
some minutes later.
courier-mta, exim or postfix do not need to be configured
for this kind of action. -- They do it by default.
Even WINDOWS (!!!) Mail-Server do this.
