Look at patch-1.5.8.hr.sensible_browser_position.3, posted in
mutt-dev in March 2005 by Haakon Riiser. Navigation is dramatically
enhanced: The browser's cursor bar stays where the user last left it,
generally on the last opened folder. And when navigating ../ out of a
subdirectory, the indicator points to the just exited subdir.
Indispensable.
