Cursor position. Idea for next release maybe

I notice that when exiting a mailbox the --> cursor is at the first item at
top of screen, but when exiting from reading a mail the cursor stays at the
last known position.

Is there some way of getting cursor to remember position every time the way
it does inside a mailbox or folder (the way slrn does)?
