Neither, mutt is an email client, to read/generate mail, and fetchmail
is a mail delivery agent, gets mail from a provider and delivers to
your system in-box.

You need a *local* delivery agent such as procmail and deliver the mail
to local folders based on the "To:" field.

ie: (Procmail)

:0:
* ^TO_.*John.Doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
$MAILDIR/someplace

:0:
* ^TO_.*John.Doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
$MAILDIR/otherplace

note: there are other local delivery agents that will do the same job,
but I am familiar and satisfied with procmail.
