[Mutt] #3020: smime_keys doesn't work correctly with mutt-1.5.17

#3020: smime_keys doesn't work correctly with mutt-1.5.17

 changeset:5216:4f9ff1d61847 changed behavior of mutt -Q. "mutt -Q
 smime_keys" command now returns tilde in the path (as
 mutt_pretty_mailbox() is called in parse_set()), but this is not handled
 in smime_keys.

 If the expanding should be done in smime_keys, a patch can be found at
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=424311.
