[Mutt] #2874: broken flowed text quoting

#2874: broken flowed text quoting

Since the new flowed text handler came into 1.5.15, quoting flowed text
 seems to quote it like:
 > foo
 instead of
 > foo

in my case, at least, $text_flowed is unset.
