 Package: mutt
 Version: 1.5.4-1
 Severity: normal

-- Please type your report below this line
When replying to a mail, mutt asks "Include message in reply?
([yes]/no):". This functions well with *not* encrypted Messages
and did function well in mutt versions <=1.5.3-2

With mutt version 1.5.4-1 when replying to a v3 pub key encrypted
mail, there is only the attribution but no quoted text in the
 editor.

This happens with several mails, with debian binary package, mutt
compiled from debian sources with (debian) patches and compiled
 witout patches.

This is *no* mutt configuration issue because it also happens when
 calling /usr/bin/mutt -nF /usr/share/doc/mutt/examples/pgp2.rc.
