Yes... please leave the extra space when replying, at least if
$text_flowed is unset (which, as I've said a bazillion times, is
probably the case for almost all mutt users). It would probably also be
safe to have quoting follow $indent_string in the case where
$text_flowed is set, but would probably make things a lot more
complicated.

I actually kind of like the:
>>> foo
quoting style vs:
> > > foo
(even when not using f=f)

Might be worth making an option for that too... slrn quotes the top way.
The only disadvantage is that a lot of mailers quote the other way...
but with f=f becoming more popular, seeing messages with:

> >> > foo
> >> bar
> > blah

is pretty common anyway.

Thanks, Rocco (and Brendan), for getting a version of this which seems
to make folks happy in the release...
